How will I get the product?

Once your order is submitted, we'll email you the key and how to activate it.

How much can it take to receive the key?

Depending on when you make the purchase, it takes usually 10 to 15 min and sometimes it can take up to 8 hours (when the order is made out of working hours (08:00 A.M to 01:00 A.M GMT).

Which payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept PayPal payments only.

What to do if I didn't receive the key?

If you didn't receive your key within 8 hours, or if you have any questions or problems during the activation, please contact us here: support@winkeyz.com. And we'll be happy to answer all your queries.
